Your online presence. Owned by you, built with Apex.

Tasks done. Problems solved.

Your website Your Google listing Your reviews In your name from day one
●Why owners work with Apex

Your website, your Google listing, your reviews, in your name from day one. Most firms hold the keys and take the work with them when the retainer ends. Ours stays yours and keeps compounding.

Most of your work comes from word of mouth, and it always will. What changed is that the referral checks you out before they call. They type your name, or your trade and their town, and whatever Google, Maps and the AI answers show them decides whether your phone rings. What they find has to agree with what they heard.

Then somebody has to sit with you on everything that happens after the phone rings. That is the whole job.

●Owner operated

Owner operated. You deal with Alex.

Alex Arhontoulis, Founder of Apex Solved

Apex is owner operated. You deal with Alex Arhontoulis, the Founder: on the first call, in the build and at your table every week while we build, then on the rhythm we set together. No account manager. No handoff to a junior team. No dispatcher in another state. Not a big agency, not a call center, not a lead seller.

He has swung hammers on construction sites, run remodels and kept the books, so when you sit down you talk shop: the phone, the quote, the truck, the slow month. Not software. He takes on a handful of businesses at a time and will tell you when he is full. When he is out, a partner covers, and you will meet that partner before they ever join a call.

A small shop built for small shops: Apex is owner operated, and so are most of the businesses it works with, one truck or ten.

●The door in

Online presence, the way a neighbor checks you out.

A website that says what you do, where you go and when you are open, with your real photos, that works on a phone. A Google listing with the right category, the real hours and your service area, matched to the site word for word. A review ask after every job, in your voice. Posts built from your job photos. Built to be found when a homeowner asks Google, Maps or one of the AI tools who to call.

We do not sell leads. Your calls come to your phone, from your own name, shared with nobody.

●Advisor support

A real person at the table.

Marketing is where we start. Then we stay. Working sessions at your shop or on a call: what each job has to bill to cover the truck, how to raise the price without losing the customer, the quote that is sitting unanswered, the office manager's week, the job ad and the applicants, who to hire next.

Alex will not tell you how to plumb. He will read your numbers with you, chase the quote that is sitting there and the applicant nobody called back, and tell you what he sees. Not a coach, not a seminar. The same person who built your site, reading your month with you, at your table every week while we build, then on the rhythm we set together.

Automation runs behind the work, like the morning email built from your own numbers, and you never deal with it. You deal with Alex.

●Your market

Built around your towns and zip codes.

You know your map: the towns you will drive to, the ones you will not, the neighborhoods where your best customers live. Everything we build starts there.

Before our first conversation we run the searches your customers run, from your town, and show you who Google and the AI answers name instead of you. Your site gets a page for each real market you serve, written about that place, not a template with your logo on it. Your Google listing shows the places you actually cover. Your reviews get asked for where your work is. Your plan is yours.

●What we usually find

Great work, good reviews, and still invisible.

Great work and good reviews, and still invisible, because the basics disagree.

  • The Google pin set miles from the shop.
  • The listing in the wrong category, with hours nobody set.
  • Phone numbers that disagree across the directories, and the wrong one on your own site.
  • Town pages Google was told to ignore.
  • A review link that goes to a vendor's survey instead of Google.
  • A domain expiring on an account nobody can see.
  • A good looking site that never says which towns you serve and does not load on a phone.

None of it is your fault, and nobody tells an owner about it. We look for all of it before our first conversation.

●Recent work, by trade

Recent work, by trade.

  • Lehigh Valley, PAa painting company's website rebuilt underneath, its office system, its pricing and its review asks. Painters →
  • Kansas City areaa plumbing company's website built around the counties and towns he drives to. Plumbers →
  • Southeastern PAan industrial water treatment company's website, brand and customer portal.
5.0 on Google
●How we work

How the first conversation goes.

It is an audit, not a pitch. We walk one real job from the phone ringing to the money in the bank and count the minutes you spend on each step. You talk, Alex asks. No slide deck, no tool names. You leave knowing what is broken and what we would fix first. If we are a fit, you get a one page plan in your own words, and each step goes live with your yes. If we are not, he will tell you straight.

●What stays yours

What stays yours.

  • Your domain.
  • Your website files.
  • Your Google listing.
  • Your reviews.
  • Your phone number.
  • Your ad accounts.

In your name, on your side of the line, with Apex working inside them as a manager you can remove. If we ever part ways, you keep it. The one line in your footer that says we built the site comes off when you ask.

Eight departments sit behind all of this: Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Reporting, Website and brand, Customer service. Marketing is the door. The rest is the house.

Playbooks for the trades are on the blog, starting with the plumbing playbook.

●Questions

What owners ask first.

Is it really you on the calls?

Yes. Apex is owner operated. The person on your first call is the person who builds the work and sits at your table every week while we build, then on the rhythm we set together. There is no account manager and no junior team. When Alex is out, a partner covers, and you will meet that partner before they ever join a call.

Which trades are these pages for?

Eight: plumbers, HVAC, electricians, painters, roofers, landscapers, general contractors and remodelers. Each trade has its own page on this site, with what owners in that trade are up against and where we start. Not in the trades? The same eight departments run for insurance agencies, an industrial water treatment company and a test prep company.

My customers are in three counties. Does that matter?

It is where we start. We build around the towns and the zip codes you actually serve: a page on your site for each real market, written about that place, a Google listing that shows the places you cover, and review asks where your work is. In person in the Lehigh Valley and the Denver foothills, by video everywhere else.

I already have a website and a Google listing. What would you even do?

Look first. Before our first conversation we check how your site and your listing read to a neighbor in your town: the category, the hours, the pin, the phone numbers across the directories, the town pages, the review link and how the site loads on a phone. In the first conversation you hear what is broken and what we would fix first. If what you have is working, we will tell you that too.

Tell me what's eating your week. We start with your map.

Two owners, one conversation. I want to hear how your business actually runs. If we are a fit, I'll show you exactly what we'd build. If not, I'll tell you straight. No pitch deck. No fluff.
