Privacy Policy

The short version. We collect only what you give us or what a normal website measures, we use it to run Apex Solved and to answer you, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you book a discovery call or write to us, we keep your name, email, business name, industry and what you told us about your business. That is how we prepare for the call.
- How the site is used. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read, roughly where they are, and how they found us. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with any standard ad or tracking blocker, and the site still works.
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Netlify, which records the usual technical details of each visit (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site running and secure.
What we do with it
We reply to you, prepare for and run the work you asked about, and improve the site. If you become a client, your information is used to deliver the work under our agreement with you. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the services we need to run the business (hosting, email, analytics, scheduling), each under its own privacy terms.
If you write to us or book a call, we may email you about that. If we ever send anything beyond that, every message carries a way to stop, and one reply is enough.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. We do not use advertising cookies. Your browser lets you clear or block cookies at any time.
Keeping it
We keep call requests and correspondence for as long as we are working together or talking about working together, and for a reasonable period after so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us and we will delete what we hold on you, unless we have to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email aaarhontoulis@gmail.com and we will answer within a few business days.
Children
The site is for business owners and is not aimed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that matters to you, we will say plainly on this page.
