The short version. The site is here to explain what we do and to start a conversation. The actual work is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, not by this page.

Using the site

You may read, link to and share what is on apex-solved.com. You may not copy the site, scrape it, or use it to build something that competes with it. The articles are written from real client work and are meant as guidance, not as professional advice for your specific situation.

Booking a call

A discovery call is a conversation, free, with no obligation on either side. We will tell you straight whether we think we can help. Nothing on the call is a contract until it is written down and signed.

The work

Every engagement is described in a written proposal or agreement that sets out what we build, what it costs, what you own, and how we work together. That document controls. Where the site and that document differ, the document wins.

What you own

Unless the agreement says otherwise, what we build for you is yours: the website, the automations, the content, the accounts they run in. We hand over access and documentation. We keep the right to use the general know-how, methods and tools we bring to every job.

What we do not promise

We do not promise particular business results. Automation, marketing and software depend on many things we do not control, including your market, your team and the third-party services involved. We build carefully and we stand behind our work under the terms of the agreement, and that is the extent of our liability.

Third-party services

The work usually runs on services owned by others (Google, Netlify, QuickBooks, telephony and AI providers, and so on). Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes, and we will help you adapt when they happen.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms and any agreement with us are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and disputes are heard in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado, unless the agreement says otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it.
