Conversion tracking breaks silently. A tag stops firing, an account link expires, and the spend keeps running while the reports read zero, usually for weeks before anyone notices. The Conversion Tracking Health Monitor is a read-only daily check that verifies your Google Ads conversion measurement is still recording, per campaign, and emails you the day it stops. It connects through the official Google Ads API in a read-only reporting capacity, alongside your call tracking provider’s reporting API. Nothing in your account is ever created, changed, paused, or managed.
On a schedule, the monitor reads your conversion actions, their recent counts by campaign, and the account measurement settings that attribution depends on, such as auto-tagging.
Where you use call tracking, the same day's call records are compared against what Google Ads recorded, so activity that stopped being counted stands out.
Each monitored conversion path is marked healthy or failing against what your account normally does, campaign by campaign.
One email. Green means everything is flowing and you hear nothing more. Red names the exact path that stopped and the date it started.
"When did it break?" Every check is stored, one row per day, per conversion path. That gives you two things: proof that measurement has held steady for as long as the monitor has run, and, when something does break, the precise date it started, which is the first thing anyone fixing it needs to know.

Small and mid-sized businesses running Google Ads, and the agencies and consultants who manage campaigns for them. It pairs naturally with a one-time tracking audit. The audit is separate, hands-on work: our team finds what is broken and repairs it inside your account’s own interface, with your approval. The monitor itself never changes anything, it only watches, and that is exactly why its alerts can be trusted. Apex Solved builds and operates the monitor as a managed service, configured to your campaigns and conversion actions.
No. It is read-only. It retrieves conversion action status and configuration, conversion metrics by campaign, and account-level measurement settings such as auto-tagging state. It never creates, modifies, pauses, or manages campaigns, budgets, keywords, or ads.
You authorize your own account through Google's standard OAuth consent flow. You keep full ownership and can revoke access at any time from your own Google settings.
You get one email naming the exact conversion path that stopped reporting and the date the change was first observed, per campaign, so a failure in one campaign cannot hide behind healthy account totals.
Optional. Every client gets the daily email. Clients who want a screen also get a private history view showing every check, per campaign, over time. Plenty of owners only want the email, and that is fine.
No. It does not touch bids, budgets, keywords, or creative, and makes no recommendations about them. It answers one question each morning, honestly: is the conversion measurement still working.
That question has a fast, honest answer. Book a call and we will walk through what you are running, whether an audit makes sense first, and what the monitor would watch in your account.
