Five copy-paste steps to make Copilot learn you and start doing your busywork. No download. Open each step, copy the prompt, paste it into your work Copilot. Done.
Most people open Microsoft Copilot, ask it one thing, get a generic answer, and close it. It sits in the corner. The difference between that and a Copilot that actually does your work is simple: you have to teach it who you are first.
This pack does exactly that. Run it once and Copilot knows your role, your people, and your repetitive work, so every answer is tailored to you. It is built for solo professionals and small teams: agents, advisors, consultants, brokers, anyone whose week is eaten by email, meetings, and follow-ups.
I want you to onboard yourself to me by interviewing me. Act as my onboarding co-pilot: ask me a few questions at a time to learn who I am and how I work, then build my profile so you tailor everything to me. Run it in 5 short rounds, conversational, and wait for my answers before moving on: Round 1 - My work: my name, what I do, who I serve, and how long I have done it. Round 2 - What I own: what I am measured on, my main responsibilities, and what a great month looks like. Round 3 - My week and tools: my recurring meetings and tasks, the people I deal with most, and the tools I live in (email, calendar, CRM, docs). Round 4 - My time sinks: the repetitive tasks that eat my week, the parts I would happily never do again, and anything that must stay private. Round 5 - My style: how I like to communicate, how I want you to talk to me, and the top 3 things I want you to take off my plate. When we are done, write two things: 1. "My Profile" - a clean, reusable summary I can paste at the start of any chat to instantly bring you up to speed. 2. "How you will help me" - the top 5 ways you will save me time, each with a ready-to-use prompt. Start with Round 1 now.
Act as my personal work co-pilot. Using everything you can see across my email, calendar, meetings, and files, build a clear, specific profile of me and my work: 1. Profile me: my role, my top responsibilities, and the people I deal with most. 2. Find the repeat work: the recurring, time-consuming tasks you can see me doing over and over. 3. Show me where you help: for each repeat task, exactly how you would take it off my plate and which app you would do it in. 4. Give me 3 quick wins I can start today, each with the exact prompt I would paste to get it done. Be concrete and specific to me, not generic. If anything is unclear, ask me up to 3 short questions first.
Summarize my unread email from the last 24 hours. Flag anything that needs a reply today, and draft a reply to each one in my voice. Keep the drafts short and human.
Recap my last meeting. Give me the key decisions, the action items with owners and due dates, and a short follow-up email I can send to the group.
Turn these rough notes into a clean, professional [proposal / summary / one-pager]. Match my usual tone. Here are the notes: [paste your notes]
Look at my calendar and inbox for today. Give me a prioritized plan for the day, call out anything urgent I might miss, and tell me what you can take off my plate right now.
Here is my profile, use it to tailor everything you do for me in this chat: [paste your "My Profile" from Step 2]
