Apex Solved Product

Inbox to zero in 3 minutes.

Autobox is the end-of-day routine that drafts most of your replies for you. Calendar-aware. In your voice. You hit Send when you're ready.

The Workflow

Five steps. End-of-day. Done.

Sit down once at the end of the day. Clear everything in one pass. The AI doesn't just sort, it drafts.

01

Sign in with Google

Go to apex-solved-inbox.vercel.app and click Sign in with Google. Pick your work Gmail. Approve the permissions.

Autobox reads your inbox, sends drafts, and views your calendar so it can propose meeting times that don't conflict with your existing schedule.

Auto-setup on first login. Standard 9-to-5 working hours, three meeting templates (15, 30, 60 minutes), and eight starter email categories.
02

Customize your settings (one time, 5 minutes)

Click Settings in the top right. Set up the eight panels:

  • Working hours. When you're available for meetings, day by day.
  • Meeting buffer. Time between back-to-back calls. Default 15 min.
  • Email signature. Appended to every drafted reply.
  • AM brief time. When your daily summary arrives. Default 7am ET.
  • Active clients. Names and emails of current matters so Autobox knows who's a known client vs. a new inquiry.
  • Always urgent / Always ignore rules. Example: anything from @court.gov is urgent, anything from @noreply is ignored.
  • Categories. Rename or replace the defaults to match your work.
  • Meeting types. Your default call lengths.

You only do this once. Updates take 10 seconds.

03

Hit "Run End of Day Review"

Click Dashboard in the top right. Click the orange Run End of Day Review button.

Autobox pulls every email since your last run, sends each through the AI, and produces an organized list of cards. Takes 30 to 90 seconds depending on inbox volume.

04

Review the cards

Each email becomes a card with:

  • Priority tag. URGENT, HIGH, NORMAL, or hidden as SKIP.
  • Category. New Inquiry, Scheduling, Court Filing, etc.
  • A drafted reply in your voice, ready to send.
  • Calendar-aware suggestions. The AI proposes specific open slots from your real calendar.

Three buttons per card:

  • Send to Drafts. Pushes the reply into your Gmail Drafts folder, threaded to the original email. You hit Send from Gmail when you're ready.
  • Edit. Tweak the draft before sending.
  • Skip. Dismiss the card.

The hide-SKIP toggle removes anything the AI marked as low priority so you focus on what matters.

05

Wake up to your AM brief

Every morning at 7am (or whenever you set it), a branded summary lands in your inbox:

  • Quote of the day
  • Stat tiles: total emails, urgent count, drafts ready
  • Bulleted list of urgent items with sender and subject
  • One-click button back to the dashboard

The one minute you read with coffee that tells you what your day looks like.

Why It Works

Two things make Autobox faster than any other inbox tool.

/ 01

You batch.

No context-switching every time an email pings. Sit down once at end of day. Clear everything in one pass.

/ 02

The AI drafts. Not just sorts.

Most "AI inbox" tools categorize and stop. Autobox writes the actual reply, calendar-aware, in your voice. Send to Drafts, glance, hit Send.

Where the savings come from

01

No more triaging by hand.

Autobox sorts every email into a category and priority. You scan the list instead of reading 100 subject lines.

02

Drafts are 80% done.

A typical reply takes 3 to 5 minutes to write. The AI writes it. You tweak in 30 seconds.

03

Scheduling is one click.

Calendar-aware drafts propose actual open slots. No more "how about Tuesday?" "no that doesn't work" loops.

04

The AM brief replaces the morning anxiety scroll.

Read a one-minute summary. Know what matters. Move on.

FAQ

Common questions, straight answers.

Does Autobox send emails on its own?

No. Drafts go to your Gmail Drafts folder. You hit Send when you're ready. Nothing is auto-sent.

Does it read every email forever?

No. Each run pulls only emails received since your last run. Disconnect Google any time from Settings, Disconnect Google.

What happens to my data if I disconnect?

Everything cascade-deletes: emails, drafts, settings, OAuth tokens. Clean slate.

Can I customize the categories?

Yes. Settings, Categories, rename, delete, or add your own.

Is my data private?

OAuth tokens are AES-256 encrypted at rest. Email contents are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for triage, never stored long-term, never used for training. Nothing is shared with third parties.

Next Up

One more thing.

Autobox is the email half. The voice half is on the way.
